Events

We regularly organize curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities that encourage the students to participate and to exhibit their inherent talent. These events provide an opportunity to develop leadership skills, team work, communication skills and all ?round development of the student. We organize various programmes throughout the year to reduce the academic stress of the students and to help them enjoy and experience a wonderful two years with us. KMJC arranges career guidance and motivational lectures regularly.

KESHAV MEMORIAL JUNIOR COLLEGE ::REPORT:: JANUARY TO APRIL

PARENTS TEACHER MEET: 09-01-2022

K.M.J.C organized P.T.M on 9th Jan' 2022. From 9:00a.m to 5:00p.m.

The event witnessed around 80% attendance thus displaying enthusiastic interest among the parents for the smooth working and progress of the college, The main objective of the meeting was to create common platform where the teacher and parents come together to discuss the students performance and derive ways to enrich their learning experience.

The teachers briefed the parents about their wards performance during online classes and first term. Together they identified the areas of strength and weakness of the student and sorted out ways to boost the child's performance.

Parents were encouraged to appreciate student's participation in all academic activities. This helped to create necessary consciousness among the parents to stimulate their interest in the students and the college.

They gave their view points and suggestions to teachers regarding the college and its development. The parents were also enlightened about vision, mission, core values and objectives.

The meeting helped to create better understanding between parents and teachers and build harmonious relationship between the college and the community.

 

 

SPORTS WEEK: 07-01-2022

A magnificent sports extravaganza was organized at KMJC from 2nd January to 7th January 2022, in which all participated with great fervor and manifested their athletic skills with an unimpeachable fitness.

Kabbadi: The final match was played between Junior CEC and Senior MEC students and the Senior MEC students won the match.

Kho-Kho(Girls) : The final match was played between I yr MPC B2 and MPC II A and the I MPC B2 students won the match.

KHO-KHO (Boys): The final match was played between First year MPC won the game against MPC II Year

The President Justice L.Narasimha Reddy? (Retd. Chief Justice of Patna, Chancellor, University of Hyderabad) along with the Dr.A.V Subramanyam, Secretary, Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, Treasurer and the Academic Director Dr.Nageshwar rao witnessed the final match. The President Justice L.Narasimhareddy enlightened the gathering of the participants on the importance of the physical fitness, hoping that the students of Keshav Memorial Junior College will make a mark for themselves in the sports arena at all the levels.

 

 

RANGOLI FEST: 09-01-2022

Ragoli making has been an essential part of sanskranthi celebrations in our state. Rangoli plays a big role in bringing out the festive spirit during these celebrations. Therefore to promote this traditional art form amongst our students, Rangoli making competition was conducted in the premises of KMJC college on 9th of January 2022.

The students from the college have to make rangoli based on the theme of sanskranthi. Both Boys and girls of First year and Second year students participated. Students had pre-planned their patterns and had come prepared with all materials they required for making them. Some selected colours were provided to the students just before the competition and the challenge was to creatively incorporate the given colours in their designs in an innovative manner.

The criteria for judgment was the selection of the design, neatness, clarity colour combination and creativity or new ideas implemented by the students to make this design more presentable.

 

 

Health Check-up

Free Health-Checkup camp was organized by Keshav Memorial Junior College in the College Campus.

For setting up the Medical camp the college authority collaborated with the Government hospital.

Free full body checkup and free pathological test camp were setup inside the college premises. The checkup was done to all the students.

After checking up all the students some of the required medicine were also provided to them and as today's students are the future of the nation, their health must be protected specifically.

 

 

VACCINATION DRIVE-2022: 23-01-2022

In view of Covid-19 pandemic, vaccination programme was organized for the students and staff members of KMJC from? 23rd to 25th January 2022. In the college campus from 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m in collaboration with GHMC medical team.

Around 580 students and staff members including teaching and non teaching staff-members were given Covaxin first and second doses as per their vaccination schedule. Later they were asked to follow he suggestions as per doctors advices.

The college has collected the data and information from the students and letter of consent from the parents. So the vaccination drive will be organized in appropriate way.

About 580 students and staff members were vaccinated beneficiaries.

 

 

26th January REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS

Our college celebrated 76th Republic day with great ?clat. Due to the pandemic restrictions only a few students were invited and all the staff members were present in the celebrations.

The students and staff members of the college took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity.

The programme began at 9.00a.m The chief guest for the day were Sri. Sridhar Reddy garu. The joint Secretary of K.M.E.S.

The guests and other dignitaries were proceeded to the flag hoisting ceremony by the N.C.C cadets.

Our chief guest hoisted the National flag and pledged to uphold the honor of integrity.

The teachers rendered the National anthem. Ms. G.Madhura? tookup the duty of gracing the day by her compering.? Welcome address was delivered by the principal Sri.K. Satyanarayana followed by the honoring event of the chief guest.

The chief guest addressed the student and staff members and urged them to do their best and feel proud to be an Indian.

Study material and Text Books were presented to the students who excelled in Academics.

Finally the vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs. Smt. Naga Suneetha.

The celebration came to an end by singing the National anthem.

The teachers and students present dispersed after snacks with the image of the fluttering tri colour? in their mind and heart. May we continue celebrating this day forever.

TALLY PROGRAMME

Keshav Memorial Junior College organized Tally course for Two months for all the CEC and MCE students.

KMJC Collaborated with XLNC Tally Institute of learning (sangareddy) for training the students in Tally at reasonable fees.

About 60 students got registered and qualified in the Tally online exam.

Certificate of completion was given to all the students.

Youth Festival Celebrations 2021-2022
Youth festival was celebrated on 25th April 2022

We have organized youth festival at Sardar Patel auditorium at K.M.E.S.

Our chief guest Justice L.Narasimha Reddy, President K.M.E.S. and special invitees Dr.A.V.Subrahmanyam Secretary K.M.E.S, B.Sridhar reddy Joint Secretary K.M.E.S, Sri. L.Prabhakar Reddy and Dr. J.Nageswara Rao Director, K.M.E.S.

In this event our Principal Sri.K.Satyanarayana gave the academic report for the year 2021-2022 acquiring the best admissions in the academic and thanked management ?for extending their support for the development of Junior college with best infrastructure and welcomed Guest speaker Sri. Akella Raghavendra for his motivational speech.

Our Guest speaker Sri.Akella Raghavendra motivated our students with his speech, his speech included the importance of discipline and behavior of a student in college life, the important guidelines that students must adapt till they succeed in all aspects of academics and sports reaching their desired goals.

Students from all groups actively participated in cultural programs, dance and singing. Many students have participated showing their individual talents in singing and dance.

Students who performed in Academics and sports were awarded with certificates and mementos.

Finally vote of thanks was proposed by Smt. Naga Suneetha Academic Coordinator, for making the program grand success.
